Arnaldo joined CRE in February 2004. Arnaldo consults in English and Spanish primarily in the areas of planning, financial management, board development, and fundraising. For the past 14 years, he has worked with nonprofit organizations as a volunteer, staff, and Board member. Prior to joining CRE, he worked as a Program Director in a holistic learning institution focused on youth development in Brooklyn. Arnaldo has been actively involved in various community initiatives in the areas of youth development, education, health and wellness, environmental justice, and affordable housing in New York City. He graduated from John Jay College earning a degree in political science and has completed additional coursework in community organizing, fundraising, and nonprofit management.
