The centerpiece of the Community Resource Exchange's office in lower Manhattan (42 Broadway, 20th Floor) is the new Community Conference Center (C3), an affordable, versatile, and welcoming meeting space for New York City's community groups. Nonprofit leaders, policy makers, advocates and activists use C3 for conferences, workshops, and a variety of other important community meetings.

C3 offers five conference rooms varying in size accommodating 2 to 50 people. The Training Room is a large, multi-configuration conference room with state-of-the-art audio/visual presentation tools that can comfortably seat up to 50 people theater-style. Four smaller meeting rooms range in size to accommodate 2 to 18 people. Amenities include a sunlit café-style reception, self-serve coffee/tea, computer workstations and more.
CRE's vision for C3 is that it serve as an indispensable center for community groups across the city - a place where they can meet, collaborate, and access the vital resources they need to strengthen their programs.

Technology & Amenities
The C3 Community Conference Center has complimentary coffee, tea, and filtered water available to all guests and meeting participants. C3 has a sunlit café where your guests can meet or wait for your event to commence. Also available are public computers for email access, wireless Internet access, self-serve coffee/tea/water, easels and flipchart paper, and telephones for local calls.
In addition, all Conference Rooms have computers and flat screen monitors for presentations. The C3 Training Room has a projector and screens for large-scale presentations. Please inquire about using this equipment when you book your conference room.
Other available technologies in the C3 Training Room include: a projector and screen for large-scale presentations, a wireless microphone and amplification system, and playback for CD, DVD and VHS. Please be sure to specify technology needs when you book your conference room so that we can prepare the room for your needs. All conference rooms also have conference phones and video cameras for web video-conferencing. Please request these when you book the room, as they cannot be set up without advance notice.
