To respond to and meet the emerging needs of our clients and the nonprofit sector, starting today, CRE will be offering a complimentary vital service to help organizations navigate this rapidly changing situation: CRE Nonprofit Leaders COVID-19 Crisis Advisory.
The Nonprofit Leaders COVID-19 Crisis Advisory will provide 45-minute coaching and advisory sessions for nonprofit leaders as they guide their organizations’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These one-to-one calls will focus on business continuity and emergency response to:
- Help leaders to step back, reflect on the challenges facing their organizations, prioritize what’s most important, and develop strategies for effectively responding to those issues so that their organizations can continue to meet critical needs in their communities.
- Support leaders to develop strategies that ensure staff feel secure and connected during this time, enabling their organizations to live up to their missions while creating opportunities for the future.

We are simultaneously working on developing crisis strategy plans and supporting our clients with virtual, live support and coaching.
CRE also is working on additional offerings, which will include webinars that are responsive to current client needs, sharing our existing expertise and tools that can be deployed quickly during this pandemic. Topics include risk leadership, scenario planning, innovation during times of crisis, and HR/talent management.
Lastly, as shared earlier this month, CRE has shifted all of its client work virtual, continuing existing projects while pivoting to meet real-time needs as they emerge. We also are developing bold, longer-term offerings for which we are seeking funding.
