Overview

CRE’s New Managers Institute (NMI) and High Performing Managers Initiative (HPMI) will take place from October 2022 through March 2023, whereas the Leadership Caucus (LC) will take place from December 2022 through June 2023.

As we emerge from the pandemic, the sessions across all three programs will be hybrid — a combination of in-person sessions, as well as virtual sessions via Zoom. They each offer 9 interactive, virtual sessions – including workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and one-on-one coaching. Through these learning sessions, you will deepen your understanding of your leadership style, identify how to harness it at the workplace, and ultimately propel your team forward.

Applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis.
