At CRE, we offer three certificate programs to equip you for your leadership journey:
This program trains managers who are newly supervising individual staff members. Through this program, participants will enhance their toolbox of skills and strategies for managing staff and driving high performance. To learn more, click here.
This program strengthens the management and leadership skills of mid-level managers who are supervising a team or teams of staff and has more than four years of managerial experience. To learn more, click here.
All three of our programs typically take place from December through June. Due to the pandemic, they will be held virtually via Zoom. They each offer 8 interactive, virtual sessions – including workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and one-on-one coaching. Through these learning sessions, you will deepen your understanding of your leadership style, identify how to harness it at the workplace, and ultimately propel your team forward.
Applications for each of the programs open in early October and close at the end of the month. From there, qualified applicants will be interviewed to determine their participation in the program. Accepted applicants will be announced in mid-November.
