On Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25th, join us for CAREpacity™ Camp, a two-day, restorative experience designed for nonprofit professionals who want to lead differently—by putting care at the center of how they work, support their teams, and shape their organizations. 

CAREpacity™ Camp is a restorative, hands-on experience that helps you recharge while building the tools you need to lead with care and clarity. Over two immersive days, you will:

• Learn Somatic and Mindful Leadership Practices: Throughout the two days, you’ll engage in grounding, body-based practices that help you reconnect with yourself and your leadership. You’ll learn techniques you can bring into your everyday routine to stay present, focused, and well.
• Gain Hands-On Tools and Evidence-Based Frameworks: You’ll explore models and strategies designed to build cultures of care that last—supported by experienced, IOSM-certified coaches who know what it means to lead in complex nonprofit environments.
• Experience Facilitated Reflection and Peer Learning: You’ll be in community with other nonprofit professionals who are navigating the same challenges and committed to leading differently. Expect meaningful dialogue, shared wisdom, and plenty of support.
