Through deep self-reflection, participants learn to leverage their unique strengths and experiences while building resilience against burnout. This program offers tools to tackle risk, lead with inclusivity, and foster innovation for long-term success. Bonus: You will receive three (3) individual virtual coaching sessions throughout the course of the program. Plus, you will have access to the TruScore 360 Feedback Assessment and related reports--a top industry assessment for understanding your strengths, areas of improvement, and how they show up in the workplace. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided each day. And you will be invited to join the CRE Cohort Alumni Network.

Throughout the program, participants will dive deep into CRE’s Impactful Leadership model, uncovering new insights into their unique leadership strengths and opportunities for growth. By enhancing their self-awareness and exploring how their identities and lived experiences shape their leadership approach, participants will learn to adapt their styles to meet the evolving needs of their organizations and the broader societal landscape. This program is designed for seasoned executive leaders of nonprofit organizations who are ready to deepen their leadership capacity and drive organizational success and social impact. Ideal participants are those who:

  • Have several years of experience in senior leadership roles and are looking to refine their leadership approach in response to evolving challenges.
  • Are committed to building more inclusive, equitable, and resilient organizations.
  • Seek to enhance their ability to assess and shape organizational culture, navigate risks, and lead through complex financial landscapes.
  • Are interested in exploring innovative thinking and practices to foster long-term organizational growth.
  • Want to reflect on their leadership journey, understand how their identity impacts their leadership, and embrace self-awareness as a tool for effective leadership

Investment

The full tuition for this program is up to $6,000 This fall, CRE is offering a limited number of program seats using equity based pricing and indicate their organization requires financial support. CRE’s equity-based pricing aims to strike a balance between affordability and sustainability. Tuition tiers are based on organizational operating budgets.

What is the application process?

Interested candidates must apply through an online application form by December 6, 2024. The CRE team will review applications on a rolling basis and contact candidates with any follow-up questions through the email provided.

How does payment work?

When accepted into the program, participants will be provided with an invoice amount that is aligned with CRE’s equity-based pricing. Payment may be made through a secure credit card link, ACH electronic payment or check and are due two weeks after the invoice date. If your organization is unable to pay in-full two weeks after the invoice due date, please contact Jennifer Benstraum at JBenstraum[at]crenyc.org to review your options.
