We’d like you to meet Sherazade. Sherazade consults in the areas of Strategy, Change Management, Business Development, Team Effectiveness, Leadership and DEI/Racial Equity. She has 20 years of experience working in NYC local, national and international nonprofit organizations, where she served in leadership and capacity building roles. She leverages her deep expertise in social enterprise/business development, organizational design and operations, leadership and change management to support clients in developing actionable and ambitious strategies to achieve their best performance and realize their mission. Through data, lived experience, and creative engagement approaches, she assures a robust, inclusive, and thoughtful experience and results for clients.
Here’s what you need to know. Sherazade is a National Urban Fellow, an alumnus of the American Express Foundation’s Leadership Academy, and a graduate of Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, Baruch College, where she completed a Master’s in Public Administration. Additionally, she holds several certifications: Change Management Practitioner from PROSCI; Healing-Centered Coach from Blooming Willow Coaching and the International Coaching Federation; and Survey of Management Practices (360° Feedback Surveys) from the Clark-Wilson Group.
